Why people hire us
Three things that change the result
The owner is on your job
Cayo runs the work himself and brings his team when the scale calls for it. Either way, the person who quoted the job is the person doing it, and the person you call.
“From start to finish, the communication was excellent, and he was professional, reliable, and easy to work with.” — Nikki G.
Preparation you can see in the finish
Floors and furniture protected, holes patched, surfaces sanded, joints caulked, primer where it is needed. Then Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams over the top.
“They worked clean, protected everything properly, and left the rooms spotless when they were finished. The paint lines are sharp.” — Helio S.
The price you were quoted
A free estimate, and the price you agree is the price you pay. If a cheaper product is better for your job, he will say so.
“Completed project and price as agreed upon.” — Neal E.

I highly recommend Cayo. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, and he was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything was completed with great attention to detail…
…They recently painted 3 large apartments for us over a 4 day period and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish… They even went out of their way to handle extra touch-ups without any hesitation to ensure everything looked flawless. To top it off, I had received 3 quotes and theirs was the most reasonable…
…From the beginning, their preparation work was excellent and showed their attention to detail. They worked clean, protected everything properly, and left the rooms spotless when they were finished. The paint lines are sharp, the finish looks fantastic…

Questions
What people ask before they book
How much does it cost to paint a house in Somerville?
Most of our projects run between $2,500 and $8,000, depending on the size of the property and the scope of the work. A single room sits well below that; a full exterior or whole-home repaint sits at the top of it or above. The spread comes from preparation, not paint — bare wood, failing caulk and cracked plaster all add hours.
How long will my job take?
Two bedrooms and an office took a day and a half on a recent job. Three large apartments took four days with the team on site. A single room is usually a day. Exteriors depend on weather as much as size — we do not open up a side we cannot finish before rain.
Who actually does the work?
Cayo Andreatta, the owner, runs the job and is on site. For larger projects he brings his team, which is how three apartments get painted in four days. Either way you deal with him directly, from the first estimate through to the final walkthrough.
What preparation is included?
Floors and furniture protected, holes and cracks filled, surfaces sanded, joints caulked, and primer where the surface needs it. It is part of the estimate rather than an extra discovered halfway through. Paint is Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates are free, with no obligation. Call or text (857) 880-7832, or send the form, and Cayo will get back to you himself.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — a workmanship warranty. If something is a legitimate touch-up or a workmanship issue, Cayo comes back and takes care of it. One customer noted that the team handled extra touch-ups without hesitation to make sure everything looked right.
