Commercial Painting
Commercial Painters in Somerville & Greater Boston
Offices, common areas, hallways and rental turnarounds — scheduled around your hours and your tenants.
Commercial and multi-unit work is quoted per project against your schedule. A turnaround with a fixed date is priced to hit that date.

Built for the schedule, not just the walls
Commercial painting is rarely difficult work. It is difficult scheduling.
A storefront cannot close for a week. A tenant moves in on the first. A hallway is the only route to eight apartments and has to stay passable throughout. The painting is the straightforward part — fitting it around how the building actually gets used is where these jobs go wrong.
So that is what gets planned first. Tell us the constraint when you ask for an estimate and it becomes part of the plan.
Multi-unit and rental turnarounds
This is a strong fit for how we work. A recent job was three large apartments in four days with the team on site — the kind of scale that needs more than one pair of hands but still benefits from one person owning the specification.
That last part is worth stating plainly. When every unit is painted by a different contractor with a different product, a building drifts: same color code, different sheen, different quality, unit by unit. One specification keeps them matched, which matters when a prospective tenant views three apartments in a row.
Offices, common areas and storefronts
Common areas take more punishment than anything in a residential job — carts, furniture, bags, hands on every corner. They want a harder finish than a bedroom wall and more attention at the vulnerable heights.
For offices and storefronts, the questions that actually decide the schedule are when you close, whether the space can be sectioned, and what cannot be moved. Those go on the estimate.

What the job actually needs
The product matters as much as the brand. These are what this kind of job calls for — Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams finishes, plus the standard primers the trade relies on. Ask Cayo which he recommends for your job, and why.
High-traffic walls
Common areas take carts, bags and hands. They need a harder, more washable finish than a bedroom

Reviews
What customers said
…They recently painted 3 large apartments for us over a 4 day period and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish… They even went out of their way to handle extra touch-ups without any hesitation to ensure everything looked flawless. To top it off, I had received 3 quotes and theirs was the most reasonable…
Questions
Commercial Painting — common questions
Can you work around our opening hours?
Yes. Offices, storefronts and common areas are usually done outside trading hours or in phases so the space stays usable. Tell us the constraint when you ask for the estimate and it gets built into the schedule.
How fast can you turn around a rental unit?
Three large apartments in four days is a job already described on our Google reviews. A single unit between tenants is typically a day or two. If you have a fixed move-in date, say so up front and the estimate is priced to hit it.
Do you work for landlords and property managers?
Yes, and it suits how we work — repeat jobs with a consistent specification, so every unit in a building matches instead of drifting a shade each time a different painter is used.
Is the owner on commercial jobs too?
Yes. Cayo runs the project and brings the team in as the scale requires. You deal with him rather than with a rotating crew and an office in between.
Are you insured for commercial premises?
Yes, fully insured. Certificates can be supplied to a property manager or building management on request.
