What we paint

Residential and commercial, one room or a whole house. Every job gets the same preparation — protected floors, filled and sanded surfaces, renewed caulk, primer where it is needed — and Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams over the top.

Interior Painting

Walls, ceilings, bedrooms, stairways and whole-home repaints — prepped properly and finished clean.

Our projects typically run $2,500–$8,000 across all kinds of work. A single room sits well below that; a whole-house interior can sit above it. The estimate gives you the real number.

Exterior Painting

Clapboard, shingle, trim and porches — washed, scraped, primed and finished to survive a New England winter.

Exterior pricing depends on the size of the house, the number of stories and how much bare wood there is. Our projects typically run $2,500–$8,000 across all kinds of work, and a full exterior can sit above that. The estimate gives you the real number.

Triple-Deckers & Multi-Family

Three-deckers, two-families and rental units — scheduled around tenants, priced to your turnaround date.

Multi-family work is quoted per building or per unit, whichever suits your situation. If you have a fixed move-in date, say so and the estimate is priced to hit it.

Trim, Doors & Windows

Crown molding, baseboards, casings, doors and sashes — the detail work that shows whether a job was done properly.

Trim is usually priced with the room it sits in. As a standalone job — a front door, a stair balustrade, a set of window casings — it is quoted on its own.

A finished kitchen with pale cabinets, a dark island, pendant lights and a geometric patterned floor

Cabinets & Built-ins

Kitchen cabinets, bookcases and built-ins — degreased, sanded and finished to take daily use.

Cabinets are quoted per kitchen, because the number of doors and drawers matters far more than the size of the room. It costs a fraction of replacing the units.

A Leominster room primed white with a bare concrete floor and materials laid out

Walls, Ceilings & Repairs

Ceilings, cracked plaster, holes and failing surfaces — fixed first, then painted.

Repairs are quoted by the extent of the damage rather than by room. Small filling is part of an interior estimate; larger cracks and water-stained areas are quoted separately.

Commercial Painting

Offices, common areas, hallways and rental turnarounds — scheduled around your hours and your tenants.

Commercial and multi-unit work is quoted per project against your schedule. A turnaround with a fixed date is priced to hit that date.
